Today’s episode is “Why potential clients say no to us”. It’s usually due to a lack of trust. Selling is a transfer of four main things: trust, energy, confidence and clarity. All of these things need to come together for you to get better at selling. The issue is that thoughts of distrust that people might have towards us create emotional feelings which then turns into doubt. The feeling of doubt is what makes pet parents say no to you.
